About Cloud Automatics

The more I learned about technology the more I loved it and saw its benefits in all areas of our lives. That love grew to the point of leaving my planned path of becoming a physician and instead enrolling at a local university to take as many computer science classes as I could take. I also completed many graduate level courses before I found a job as a junior developer to work on a cloud platform which I had not heard about called ServiceNow. 

That was in 2015! Since then, I had worked as a ServiceNow developer and admin in all types of organizations – from a small liberal arts college to a publicly traded corporation to a private software engineering company. Throughout this journey, I have seen the positive transformations that all these organizations have gone through by implementing their IT and other operational processes using the ServiceNow platform.

After seeing what works and what does not work, I want to share my gained experience to help your organization achieve greater success on the ServiceNow platform.
